When the dark cloud looms above your head casting a shadow and you choose to see the thin silver line that frames it, you show courage.
When those big drops of rain drench you completely, and yet you choose to see the rainbow after, you show courage.
When the flowers you watered crumble in your garden, but you choose to plant new seeds, you choose courage.
When you find thorns amongst those flowers, but you choose to understand that a garden is a blend of thorns and roses, you choose courage.
When the walls around you break down, but you choose to be patient to see the bigger picture, you choose courage.
When your body says it’s tired, but you choose to listen to your spirit that never dampens, you choose courage.
Every day, you get to choose courage, you get to choose bravery, you get to choose light, beyond the horizon.

Beautifully expressed, Leha! The line on the body being tired, but choosing to listen to your spirit was one that I needed to read today. 🙂
